Ichigo seems to be settling in… or not. She seems awfully homesick, what with seeing her parents and sister everywhere. Anyway, her success in subjects that require “heart” (flower arranging) and incompetence in subjects which require “skill” (just about everything else) does nothing to ease the scorn and ridicule people have for her.
Look out, generic does-not-like-protagonist girl is mad!
But never matter, dazzling prince-san saves the day! Hanabusa takes Ichigo to see some roses which serves to cheer her up, and she goes and retries her hand at making the choux she she failed at making earlier. When she’s done Rumi, Andou, and Kashino show up (inexplicably, too) to celebrate (and eat).
Hey, what’s the deal? I thought Kashino didn’t like Ichigo. You can’t have a character who doesn’t like the main character suddenly be friendly without some drama-ridden trial! Geez, way to do it wrong. Also, what is this bottle that Hanabusa keeps staring so keenly at?
I hope Ichigo gets some skill soon though, its a bit irritating to see her be such a klutz all the time.
