This and that of Winter 2009

Digests are all the rage, you guys. What a wonderful way to tie up all those little things you’d love to talk about but are too inconsequential to warrant their own posts. I can’t believe I hadn’t thought of this sooner.

First up, I received a blogger award! A huge THANK YOU! to kanzeon who gave me this award.

Looks like the rules of the award are:

Next, is what shows I am looking forward to for Winter 2009. All my impressions will be taken from a cursory look at Chartfag’s Winter 2009 chart, and, of course, prior experience.

Nodame Cantabile Finale

I loved Nodame Cantabile, I loved Paris-hen, and I don’t think JC Staff is going to disappoint me anytime soon. Except maybe by LENGTH. Paris-hen was too short. Anyway, I’m really excited about this.

Durarara!

To be honest, I wasn’t even going to add this. But after realizing that NONE of the other anime piqued my interest (some even repulsed me), and reading that other bloggers are excited to see this, I decided to list it. That, and from the creators of Baccano!. Even though Baccano! didn’t really make any sense to me.

Last, but not least, is a new banner! I’m not like kanzeon or lostty who make 6-7 banners in one go, because I am very lazy. Also, one benefit of having a blog named “Yukifuri Dawn” is that I don’t need to have a winter theme – it’s alwaaaaaaaaaays winter! I am so lazy.
